Complaints Policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Here's how to raise a problem with us, and what we do with it.
What counts as a complaint?
Any part of your experience that fell short: this site, how we dealt with your request, or a company we sent it to. We read every complaint.
How do I make one?
Either ring (832) 539-7922 or send a note from the contact page. Say what went wrong and when, and how you want us to reply.
What happens after that?
We confirm it arrived, then look into it. We don't do repairs. So if your complaint is about a repair's quality, price or timing, the company that did it must deal with it. We'll see that it reaches them.
Mistakes on this website, or in how we handled your request before a company called, are ours to correct.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Ask us, through the contact form, to review it a second time. We will.
For a repair done under a permit, start with your city's building inspections office. In unincorporated Fort Bend County, start with County Engineering. If your insurer is refusing a claim, the Texas Department of Insurance is the place to go.
What do you promise?
Your right to go to any state or local agency stays intact. Invented reviews and star scores have no place on this site. No real complaint gets buried, whatever anyone offers.
Where do I send it?
The contact page, or (832) 539-7922.
Book a Free Foundation Inspection
Tell us what you've noticed, and a local foundation company will come and take a look. They'll measure, explain what they find and lay out your choices. The visit costs nothing, and you're under no obligation.
