What This Page Covers
Our whole job is forwarding homeowners' requests to a local foundation repair company. That takes a few personal details. This page spells out each one, who handles it, how long it lasts, and how you can see it or get it erased.
What do the forms ask for?
The short form asks for four things:
- your name
- a phone number
- the house's city or ZIP code
- what you've noticed
The longer form on the estimate page asks the same, plus when it began. It also has a box for email, which you may leave empty. A consent box sits at the end of both. Ticking it allows us to contact you about this request, and only this one.
What else comes with a form?
Three things you don't type:
- the page you were reading, and the town it covers
- any campaign tags in the link you followed, like an ad's name
- the number of seconds you spent on the form, a clue to spam
Where does a form go?
- Pressing send delivers it to this website. Cloudflare is our host.
- A short script checks the fields and turns them into one email. Nothing is saved on the site. We have no database.
- Our inbox receives it through Resend, a mail delivery firm.
- We pass it to the repair company for your area. That company phones you about the free inspection.
What happens on a phone call?
Twilio provides our phone line. To put a call through, it handles your number, the call's start time and its length.
We record every call. The greeting tells you so before anything else. An automated assistant answers. It runs on Vapi, an AI voice platform, and Vapi uses other firms for turning speech into text, for the AI model and for the voice. The assistant types up your words as you go.
It asks for what the form asks for: name, callback number, the house's city or ZIP code, what you've seen and when it started.
When you hang up, Resend sends us one email. It holds the recording, the written transcript and a short summary. After that email lands, we tell Vapi to erase the call.
Asking for an inspection means the local repair company gets your details. The audio and its written version travel along too, so the company knows your story before dialing.
When the assistant is unavailable, Twilio records a voicemail instead. A Cloudflare tool turns it into text, and Resend mails us both. Twilio's copy is then erased. From then on, the sole copy sits in our inbox.
If you'd prefer no recording, send the form. It reaches us just the same.
Can I text you?
No. Texting is off on our number. We'll update this page before we ever turn it on.
Who else can see my details?
- The local repair company. It's a separate firm. When your request reaches it, its privacy rules take over.
- Our behind-the-scenes vendors. Hosting and voicemail text sit with Cloudflare. Mail goes through Resend. Calls ride on Twilio. Vapi powers the assistant, with help from its own speech, AI and voice suppliers. Our mailbox host can reach what's in our inbox. Each may use your details only to serve us, and each has its own privacy terms.
- Courts or agencies, but only when the law forces it, as with a valid legal order.
Do you sell my details?
Never. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We may receive a fee from the company that takes your request. Our referral marketing disclosure has the details. It gets your request only to set up your inspection.
Do you use cookies or tracking?
No tracking or ad cookies. No analytics, ad code, share buttons or pixels.
Any website sees a few basics on each visit, such as an IP address and the browser in use. Cloudflare relies on that to deliver pages and block attacks. It might also drop a cookie for security. We never use these basics to learn who you are.
How long do you keep things?
The web server keeps nothing. Requests, recordings and voicemails all live in one place: our email inbox. The repair company keeps its own copy while it books your inspection, and later as part of its normal records. How long Resend, Twilio or Vapi hold data is set by each of them.
Ask us to delete your details whenever you like.
What can I ask for?
Three things: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. You'll have our answer within 45 days. We may phone the number on the request first, to check it's really you.
If a repair company already has your request, we'll name it. Then you can make the same request there.
What about children?
Our audience is homeowners. Children under 13 shouldn't use the site, and we don't set out to gather anything about them. Should we find a child's details, we'll erase them.
How safe is my information?
Traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted. A sent form leaves no copy on the site. Even so, no site is risk-free, so please leave bank and card numbers out of anything you send.
Will this policy change?
Any change in how we treat personal details shows up here, with a new date at the top.
Who do I contact?
