Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Who runs this site?
Sugar Land Foundation Repair Co. It's a service that gathers homeowners' requests and refers them on. We link homeowners near Sugar Land, Texas with a local foundation repair company. We do no repairs. That company does any work.
When do these terms apply?
From your first page view. They also cover booking an inspection and sending a form. Not willing to accept them? Then please leave the site.
How may I use the site?
Lawfully, and for real foundation questions. Give your own contact details, accurately. A person must fill in each form; bots and bulk sending aren't allowed. Stick to the topic of foundation repair.
What does "free inspection" mean?
It means the first visit, and nothing beyond it. You pay nothing for it. Neither you nor the company is bound to anything by it. Any repair is a separate deal between you and that company.
Is this site advice?
No. The guides, town pages and the rest are general information only. Treat none of it as advice from an engineer, a lawyer or an insurer. They can't replace an expert who looks at your home in person.
Permits, fees, drought rules, flood maps and state law all change. Before acting on a rule, confirm it with whoever issues it.
Are the figures guaranteed?
No. Our figures come from public records: the USDA soil survey, the USGS geologic map, the US Census, FEMA flood maps, the Fort Bend Subsidence District, and city and county records. Each one names its source. Even so, a figure may not fit your lot.
Nor can we promise a callback time. Repair prices and results aren't ours to promise either. In a few places, every company may be fully booked.
How far does your liability go?
Our part ends when we pass your request on. As far as Texas law allows, we accept no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from using this site. That includes any work by a company we referred you to.
Who is responsible for the work?
The repair company. Each one you reach through us runs its own business. It's not our employee or agent. It answers for its own workmanship, pricing and qualifications.
Before you sign, ask the company to show proof of insurance and to put the job in writing. Ask, too, whether your city wants an engineer's letter or plan.
Can these terms change?
Yes. The version dated at the top applies. Using the site after we post a change counts as agreeing to it.
Which law applies?
Texas law, regardless of conflict of law rules.
Who can I ask about these terms?
Ask away. Message us via the contact page, or dial (832) 539-7922.
